Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your SIEDRÉS pieces, but if they aren't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
